Minneapolis mosscore originators she’s green are building ample buzz leading into the release of their new extended play, swallowtail, and would you believe that even after three excellent advance singles, we’re still a whole month away from its release? More lengthy album and EP promo cycles to let the music fully soak in, please! Speaking of which, they’ve now released its fourth and final preview, “close your eyes”.

Imagine doing just that and discovering yourself sinking into a dream pool. There, you’re in a full state of bliss with your person, who — upon awakening — realize is someone you’ve actually never met in your lucid life. “Heard you in a dream / We’re under covers / You hold me / Walking on the shore / We see the sunrise when it’s pouring,” coos Zofia Smith in vivid detail. “I will see you again.” They’ve captured that exact sensation through its soft-rippling sound, and with just the right calm in its soundsway, give you every reason to look forward to drifting asleep.
