We have “the facts” and we’re going to be listening to some new oso oso come this Friday when the Long Beach indie-emo rockers release their sixth studio album, an exchange of information. As many efforts Jade Lilitri and company have put out since breaking through by basking in the glow several years ago, it’s listens like its latest preview that reaffirm that dude’s got a knack for a timeless sweet spot which hits up the inward-feels-turned-out with just the right amount of hooky and fuzzed up pop-rock power behind it. In this instance, oso oso are expanding the whole picture with it all onto you and I in an upward build that eventually tears through the skyline with a solo that’s got the shine the size of sun beam. “So here’s a song for all the boys and girls and neither or in between just trying to survive the world,” he concludes the listen. The science behind it is pure good vibes in spite of everything.

oso oso’s an exchange of information will be released November 6th on Feral Twin.
