It’s not certain to anyone but No Age themselves who all these people vaguely namedropped in their new song titles are, but “Tripped Out Before Scott” offers another satisfying step in the Los Angeles noise-pop duo’s toward rewiring their own diagram with their sixth full-length album, People Helping People. Electricity running through coarse chords, a steady snare surfing over tempo, and eventually all-consuming its expanding energy, Dean Spunt and Randy Randall tap into the psyche wonders in good company.
