Skramz, screamo, whatever you want to call it is — that raw, unfiltered honesty projected through hardcore shrapnel is needed now more than ever considering everything happening in the current moment. That’s not even taking into account what trials and tribulations your personal life may be shouldering you with on top of it.

Tearing their way through the scene’s roots to raise a new generation’s flag on fire with it, rising three-piece Knumears want you to scream every emotion out with them on “Fade Away”. As the latest preview from their their debut full-length, Directions — due out in early spring on the Run for Cover Records imprint Summer Shade — guitarist and vocalist Matthew Cole, bassist and vocalist Dante Garcia II, and drummer Frankie Lopez are joined by Jeromes Dream’s vocalist Jeff Smith in a tense, furiously passionate tour de force inward that leaves all of its damage on the outside in its wake. “Gnashing teeth / White knuckles / Bury me / Untroubled.” What remains is lasting.

Directed by: Gabe Herrera

Knumears’ Directions will be released April 3rd on Summer Shade / Run for Cover Records.
