As the lead single from the Providence-based dreamscaping songwriter’s upcoming sophomore effort, create myself, they cruise along a real world view formed by driving guitar-pop smeared in a blur while juxtaposing that awe-striking vantage point with the delicate balance that is manifesting all that could go wrong with new love in its early stages. “The fear in me / Is there fear in you / That no one will know me like you do,” they sing, capturing in one frame how the most amazing feelings come with a certain amount of risk-taking.
