The single, produced alongside David Rodríguez, Dylan Patrice, and Noah Goldstein, is aflutter in soft flamenco claps and an understated guitar line intonation threaded between the singer’s bilingual dalliance with the uncertainty in an unrequited yet lusted-for kind of love. “I don’t need honesty / Baby, lie like you love me / Cover me in a dream / I’ll be yours or fantasy,” she sings, begging the question: Is the only reality we live in the one we create when removing truth from the equation?
