“Therapy” goes hard in lieu of the people who put you in that chair. The latest preview from M(h)aol’s forthcoming debut album, Attachment Styles, is just the right amount of sardonic spite clashing against the Dublin quintet of Róisín Nic Ghearailt, Constance Keane, Jamie Hyland, Zoë Greenway, and Sean Nolan’s grated punk intent on rubbing the right people the wrong way. “You know really fucked me up, but I don’t think that you care / I should bill you for my therapy, but I don’t want your name on there,” Ghearailt squeezes out the last ounce of care before exacting her ultimate vengeance: to forget you forever.
M(h)aol’s Attachment Styles will be released February 3rd on TULLE Collective.
