Code Orange – “Shatter” (Bray Wyatt Theme)

Code Orange have a long history with WWE that began with a classic appearance at 2017′s NXT Takeover Brooklyn III where they backed Incendiary’s Brendan Gorrone live as goth anti-hero Aleister Black made his way to ring, and again performing their own “Underneath” at NXT Takeover: In Your House in 2020. The character they’ve been more closely linked to ever since has been its resident supernatural evil, however, Bray Wyatt. Back in 2019, they reworked his theme music as the Fiend into a fitting horror thrash anthem, and since his return this past October at Extreme Rules following a hiatus on-screen, they’ve assisted in Wyatt’s evolved resurrection with his newest intro entitled “Shatter”. Before today, the only way to hear the track was by actually watching an episode of WWE Smackdown!, but the official audio has finally been released, and it’s instantaneously a classic not just by as far as wrestler theme song standards go, but Code Orange’s work as well, whose gears grind naturally into this cinematic, industrial anthem.

Code Orange’s “Shatter” single is available now on WWE Music.
