“Bruise the Sore” completes the preview cycle behind Soul Blind’s debut full-length, Feel It All Around, with a hard impact before it drops this Friday. Like its predecessors in “Stuck In A Loop”, “System (Failing)”, and “Tribe”, the Hudson Valley grungegaze rockers lay it on heavy with both their reverb-dense sonic element and vocalist Cen’s conflicted yet soaring emotional gravitas. “It’s shady / But the view’s okay / The perfect place to hide away,” he sings, with the band leaving their mark in the sky.
