“I can see / Futures full of happiness / But they seem / Out of focus and far away,” sings in the closing lines of “Tears of Change”, the final preview off Turnover’s forthcoming fifth full-length effort, Myself In the Way. The feeling of feeling out of sorts with the future is apparent here, yet complimentary so in a most satisfyingly strange way in the band’s ever-evolving sound, here discovering country western chemtrails in their chillout section of the existential far-off stare.
