In a little under a week, Jade Lilitri and his emotive indie rock projectile oso oso will be hitting the road in support of this year’s excellently weed-addled third album, sore thumb. Sounding the alarm on anticipation for it is “De Facto”, where we hear Lilitri supercharged and wilding out in a weirdness of duality between being numb to the world, but still feeling everything through the lens of a relationship that may still have some life left in it. “And if I felt your pain, if I heard your call / I’d come running, I’d drop it all,” he confesses. Like the leaps and bounds we’ve witnessed in his songwriting, Lilitri always shows up.
