“I don’t want you here, so go away!,” shouts Pinkshift vocalist Ashrita Kumar on “GET OUT”, the latest preview off Love Me Forever, the debut album by the rising and righteously loud punk-pop band. Here, the Baltimore trio’s declaration turn the tables on the actions of white supremacist and patriarchal goons who attempt to strip individuals unlike them of their autonomy, homes, and everyday ways of life putting the persona non grata sign up confrontationally straight across their POV. As always, Pinkshift rip, but also tear a new one into the face of hate.
Pinkshift’s Love Me Forever will be released October 21st on Hopeless Records.
