Inclination feat. Tom Sheehan – “Epidemic”

Inclination are destined heavyweights in the modern hardcore scene, counting two contenders in them with guitarists Caleb Murphy and Isaac Hale of the great Knocked Loose. The rising Louisville straight-edge hardcore quintet, fronted by vocalist Tyler Short as well as bassist Peter Katter and drummer Christopher Mills, are following through on their early rumblings of an EP and last winter’s singles “Thoughts and Prayers” and “A Decision”, both which will now appear on their forthcoming debut LP, Unaltered Perspective, due out in October. For Tyler Short, the intention beyond wrecking everything around them isn’t just a statement of intensity but intentionality as well, raising hell and ire toward today’s drug crisis created by nefarious motives by pharmaceutical companies, politicians, the media, and for-profit insurance. They all get wrecked on “Epidemic”. Joined by Indecision’s Tom Sheehan, the uncontained anger has no bounds. “Avert your eyes so you won’t have to see / The countless lives lost to apathy / Bear no witness to those enslaved / Dead flowers rest on unmarked graves,” he grims among their takeover.

Inclination’s Unaltered Perspective will be released October 21st on Pure Noise Records.
