Birds In Row – “Nympheas”

“No wonder why you feel so fucked up sometimes. / You’re chasing bright colors over dirty blues, singing praises to everyone but you,” screams out one line on “Nympheas”, the second single from Birds In Row’s forthcoming third studio effort Gris Klein. The enigmatic Laval heavy punk trio make music that incinerates with a world on fire, but beneath the fury roaring – here, embossed in the atmosphere and clearing the way for a wider-reaching anthem – is their ode for the worn and weary to carry on in the face of a world spinning out of control. No white flags flailing can be seen when Birds In Row inspire a fight for another day.

Birds In Row’s Gris Klein will be released October 14th on Red Creek Recordings.
