After taking a hit of new Enumclaw, you’ll want to sink into the grass with High Vis’ “Fever Dream”, the first single off their sophomore effort (and first since signing with Dais Records,) Blending. Led by maudlin reflections of an optimistic pessimist in vocalist Graham Sayle, the London five-piece give the struggle to reach inner light impression through a flowery, hardcore-indebted punk sound that lends further credence to the thought that we’re living in a golden age with that scene’s coming of age while dodging absolute cynicism.
