Wake up every morning ahead of the daily grind and muck of life, and chose the Philly post-hardcore band Sonagi as your chaos. “Ambivalence”, the lead single from their debut album, Precedent, has the whirlwind intensity of the split Thursday did with Envy, but also the harshness of the Body pushed through a melodic screamo filter that vocalist Ryann Slauson’s other band Closer does so well.
